I track the news throughout the semester and begin every session with OM in the News. I put the links in an Excel file with one column being the topic or the chapter number. At the end of the semester I can easily sort my Excel file to show the students the topics that have appeared most often during that semester. In my experience, Quality (recalls) and Capacity Planning (Plant closings, layoffs) are consistently the areas with the most articles.
